Product overview

Sons of Thor Runic Axes - Left gives five armoured warriors an axe for the left hand, and no two axes are alike. There are broad double-bladed heads, a bearded single blade, a long-hafted axe with a spike and heavier cleaver shapes, each with a powered housing where the blade meets the haft and a wrapped grip below. Every axe comes with its own left arm, heavily armoured at the shoulder and bent at the elbow, and the pale resin shots show blades and arms as separate pieces. Kromlech's painted version picks out the hafts in bronze and gives the blades an icy blue glow.

  • 5 axes, each a different pattern
  • 5 armoured left arms
  • Torsos and heads not in the bag
  • Resin, supplied unpainted

Notes · Q & A

What are resin bits and how do I prepare them?

Cast resin upgrade parts for customising miniatures. Wash in warm soapy water to remove mould-release residue, then attach with super glue.

Will these bits fit my miniatures?

They're designed for 28mm heroic-scale wargaming figures — check each listing's dimensions against your model.

How do I fill small gaps after converting?

A little modelling putty (Green Stuff or Milliput) pressed into the join, smoothed with a damp tool, disappears entirely under primer.
