✅ GHAD-39 · GHAC-98D · GHPM-65 — verify against your model's parts diagram
What Is This?
Precision Teflon (PTFE) O-rings for sealing the critical junctions inside the airbrush — paint cup, nozzle assembly, and valve sections. Teflon resists swelling, hardening, and degradation from solvents and aggressive cleaners far better than standard rubber O-rings.
Where They Seal
🫙 Paint cup — seals cup-to-body junction, prevents leaks under pressure
🔧 Nozzle/needle assembly — prevents air and paint blowback into body
💨 Valve sections — maintains airtight integrity in trigger area
When You Need New O-Rings
⚠️ Paint leaking from cup base or nozzle area
⚠️ Air leaking at body joints
⚠️ Erratic atomisation despite clean nozzle and needle
🔄 Routine maintenance after extended heavy use
⚠️ Heads Up
O-rings are precision-sized — will not seal correctly if fitted to a model they weren't designed for. Verify your model before ordering.

What nozzle size do I need for miniatures?
0.3mm is the versatile all-rounder for base coats and priming; 0.2mm suits fine detail work. Larger nozzles (0.5mm) are for terrain and big surfaces.
Do I need a compressor with a tank?
A tank smooths the airflow and reduces pulsing, giving more consistent results — worth it if you spray regularly, but tankless compressors work fine for occasional use.
How do I keep an airbrush working well?
Flush with airbrush cleaner between colours and strip-clean after each session. Most spraying problems are cleaning problems.
