Product overview

Our odorless turpentine is very different from our white spirit. Besides being odorless, this product is softer and less aggressive than our White Spirit. This property of the odorless thinner (Turpentine) makes it great for delicate, soft and subtle blending. This thinner is exclusive to use with enamel and oil paint.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?

Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.

Do I need a primer?

Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
