Product overview
A set of eight paints selected for creating rust stains, streaking and the effects of surface exposure on armour, vehicles and structures. The colours cover fresh rust, dried oxide deposits, wood grain and general grime — drawing from Model Color, Model Air, Panzer Aces and Model Wash to put the right consistency for each technique in one box. All eight bottles are 17 ml, water-based and suitable for brush or airbrush.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
