Vallejo Wild Tuft Jungle SC428 contains 17 self-adhesive Extra Large tufts at a height of 12mm. The Jungle colouring suits tropical jungle, humid undergrowth and dense vegetation around ruins, watercourses or forest terrain. Their long fibres create substantial grass clumps that can stand above lower foliage and ground texture. Position the individually peelable pieces separately or combine several into concentrated growth. Optional PVA glue can reinforce the self-adhesive base for permanent placement.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?
That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.
Are tufts self-adhesive?
Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.
How do I apply static grass?
Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
