Liquitex Professional Acrylic Ink Cerulean Blue Hue is an opaque blue-green mixture rather than a single-pigment cerulean. It combines PB15:3 Phthalo Blue, PG7 Phthalo Green and PW6 Titanium White, with the white component contributing to its covering character. This makes it better suited to defined blue details, opaque accents and controlled colour mixing than to clear glazing. The 30ml glass jar includes a pipette for placing small amounts directly onto a palette or into an airbrush cup.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
