A replacement N3 fluid nozzle for the Iwata Neo CN, delivered with the o-ring already seated, which saves you the fiddly job of fitting a loose seal to a part this small. The nozzle is the most delicate component of any airbrush, so take it out only once it is genuinely damaged; thorough cleaning after each session is what stops it clogging. For the swap, use an Iwata Nozzle Wrench instead of the simple spanner packed with the airbrush: it sets the right angle and torque, and cross-threading or overtightening is how most nozzles get ruined. The BCN takes this nozzle too, as a trio with the N3 needle and N3 nozzle cap.

What nozzle size do I need for miniatures?

0.3mm is the versatile all-rounder for base coats and priming; 0.2mm suits fine detail work. Larger nozzles (0.5mm) are for terrain and big surfaces.

Do I need a compressor with a tank?

A tank smooths the airflow and reduces pulsing, giving more consistent results — worth it if you spray regularly, but tankless compressors work fine for occasional use.

How do I keep an airbrush working well?
