Green 4 mm Wild tufts give you a saturated green with broad scope across the range. The colour covers many forms of vegetation, extending from grassland growth to the lower plant layer beneath woodland. This is the general-purpose Green sheet: plain Green is produced only at 4 mm, while the other greens in the catalogue carry their own qualifying names and represent separate colours. Combining this sheet with additional colours and tuft sizes increases the available colour range across miniature bases and scenic dioramas.
You get around 70 tufts on the Wild sheet, the same approximate count as our 5 mm and 6 mm Wild sheets, supplied here as shorter 4 mm growth.
The same Green colour and height are also sold as a Small sheet with around 144 tufts.
Individual tufts come away separately and can be used without preparation.

Notes · Q & A
What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?+
That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.
Are tufts self-adhesive?+
Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.
How do I apply static grass?+
Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
