Dark Moss combines dark green tones with a low trailing profile for mossy environments, including rocky ground, stones and crevices. Of the two Gamers Grass moss colours, this is the darker one. The low 2 mm growth keeps attention on close surface detail, and mixing it with other tuft sizes and colours adds further variation to a scene.

Around 115 differently shaped and sized tufts make this the highest-count Wild sheet in the range.
Wild is the only format made at this height; Small tufts appear from 4 mm up.
Peel the tufts from the sheet with tweezers for greater control; use a little PVA where a tougher permanent bond is needed.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?

That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
