The GHAD-68 is Gaahleri's pistol-trigger airbrush in the Advanced Series, made for beginners and for long sessions: you pull a trigger instead of pressing a lever, and the ergonomic grip keeps your fingers from tiring. The handle is nylon, which stands up to most coatings and cleaners. Inside the box are a 0.38 mm setup for detail and a 0.5 mm setup for broader coverage, each a matched needle and nozzle, and the nozzle self-centres as it drops in, with 8 micro air channels around the tip. Its two cups, the 1/4 oz and the larger 1/2 oz, lift off for cleaning. Replacement needles in both sizes are listed on their own.

What nozzle size do I need for miniatures?

0.3mm is the versatile all-rounder for base coats and priming; 0.2mm suits fine detail work. Larger nozzles (0.5mm) are for terrain and big surfaces.

Do I need a compressor with a tank?

A tank smooths the airflow and reduces pulsing, giving more consistent results — worth it if you spray regularly, but tankless compressors work fine for occasional use.

How do I keep an airbrush working well?

Flush with airbrush cleaner between colours and strip-clean after each session. Most spraying problems are cleaning problems.
