AK Interactive Real Colors British Army AFV Desert Colors contains six lacquer paints for British and Commonwealth vehicles deployed in North Africa and the Mediterranean from 1940 to 1943. The selection covers the Caunter Scheme greys and stone colours, the later single-colour stone finishes, and the Desert Pink ZI base with British Dark Olive Green PFI patterning introduced in late 1942. Silver Grey No.28 is a matt camouflage grey, not a metallic colour.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
