AK Interactive Real Colors British Army AFV Colors North-West Europe 1944-1945 contains four lacquer paints for British and Commonwealth vehicles used from the Normandy campaign until the end of the Second World War. S.C.C. No.15 Olive Drab provides the standard base colour, with S.C.C. No.1A Very Dark Brown and S.C.C. No.14 Black for disruptive finishes. Flat White is included for temporary winter whitewash work.
- Set contains (4 × 17 ml): RC873 S.C.C. No.1A Very Dark Brown, RC875 S.C.C. No.15 Olive Drab, RC888 S.C.C. No.14 Black (NATO Black), RC806 Flat White (RAL 9003)
- Lacquer-based Real Colors with a soft matt finish, ready for weathering
- S.C.C. No.15 Olive Drab was the standard British vehicle base colour from April 1944
- Formulated for airbrush application; thin with RC701 or RC702 (or another lacquer-based thinner)

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
